Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026 · v1.1
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Multimar ("Multimar," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Multimar platform at app.multimar.ai (the "Service").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Multimar provides software tools that use artificial intelligence to help local service businesses manage their online presence, including drafting replies to reviews, generating posts, analyzing performance data, and producing reports across channels such as Google Business Profile.
The Service is currently offered as an early-stage product. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it current. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at admin@multimar.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your content and connected accounts
The Service lets you connect external accounts (for example, your Google Business Profile) and lets you and the Service create content (for example, drafted review replies and posts) on your behalf.
You retain ownership of:
- Information you provide to the Service.
- Data we access from accounts you connect, to the extent you own or control that data.
- Content created by the Service for you ("Output").
You grant Multimar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content and the data we retrieve from your connected accounts solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to connect each external account and to authorize Multimar to act on your behalf, including the authority of the underlying business to use the Service.
4. AI-generated output — review before publishing
The Service uses large language models (currently provided by Anthropic) to draft content such as review replies, posts, and reports. AI Output can contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your business accurately.
You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before it is published, sent to customers, or otherwise acted on. By default, AI Output is held for your approval before any external publication. If you enable any auto-publish or auto-send feature, you assume responsibility for the Output produced and published under that setting.
Multimar does not warrant that AI Output is accurate, complete, appropriate, or compliant with the policies of any third-party platform (such as Google).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Use the Service to generate or publish content that is false, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
- Misrepresent reviews, ratings, or business information in violation of Google Business Profile policies, FTC guidelines, or similar rules — including but not limited to fabricating reviews, soliciting reviews in exchange for incentives in violation of platform rules, or impersonating a customer.
- Use the Service on behalf of a business without that business's authorization.
- Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure, including by reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or circumventing access controls.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train machine learning models.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on and integrates with third-party services such as Google APIs, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Multimar is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content of third-party services, and is not liable for losses caused by them.
You also agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you connect, including the Google Business Profile content policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
7. Fees
The Service may be offered free of charge during early access or on paid plans. If you sign up for a paid plan we will tell you the price, billing frequency, and any free-trial terms before you are charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly say otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for active paying customers.
8. Beta features
Some features may be labeled as beta, preview, or early access. Those features are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued, and may have additional or different terms which will be presented when you enable them.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Multimar and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.
Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing admin@multimar.ai.
We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for Multimar or others, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature. We will give you reasonable notice where practical.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will survive.
11. AI output and content responsibility
The Service uses AI to generate drafts of reviews replies, posts, offers, Q&A answers, profile edits, and other content ("AI Output"). You are responsible for reviewing every AI Output before it is published to your connected accounts, including Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and any other third-party platforms. Where you opt into auto-publish for a specific agent, you remain the publisher of every AI Output that auto-publishes on your behalf.
You acknowledge that AI Output may be inaccurate, off-brand, non-compliant with a third-party platform’s policies, or otherwise unsuitable, and that you bear sole responsibility for any consequence of publishing AI Output to your accounts — including but not limited to suspension, downgrade, or termination of your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, or any other third-party account; legal claims arising from published content; loss of customer trust; reputational harm; or lost business.
You further acknowledge that Multimar does not control the policies, ranking algorithms, or enforcement actions of Google or any other third party, and that no AI-generated action is guaranteed to improve any ranking, lead volume, or other business metric.
12. Security and customer-controlled credentials
You are responsible for the security of any credentials, OAuth authorizations, API keys, or other access tokens you grant to the Service. Multimar will use reasonable industry-standard measures to protect credentials at rest (including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored secrets), but does not guarantee any specific level of security or freedom from breach.
You assume the risk of any unauthorized access to your connected accounts resulting from your own credential compromise, your choice of password, the security of devices you use to access the Service, or the security of email accounts you use to receive notifications from the Service.
In the event of a security incident affecting the Service, Multimar will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to take appropriate remedial action, but does not assume liability for losses arising from such incidents beyond the limits set in the Limitation of Liability section below.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multimar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Multimar does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that AI Output will be correct, or that any particular business outcome will result from using the Service.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multimar and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid Multimar in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
These limits apply regardless of the legal theory of the claim and form an essential part of the bargain between you and Multimar.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Multimar harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms over time. If we make a material change to these Terms we will notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept, stop using the Service before the effective date.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you and Multimar consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under your local law.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Multimar about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
